What we collect

• Email address (via Google Sign-In) — for authentication only.
• Hand history files you import — stored on your device and synced to your private account. Not used for analytics.
• Crash reports (Sentry) — anonymized stack traces, no personal identifiers.
• Usage analytics (Plausible) — aggregated, cookieless, GDPR-compliant. No personal identifiers.

What we don't do

• No third-party advertising or ad tracking.
• No data sharing or selling to third parties.
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• No behavioral profiling.

Data retention

Your hand history and account data are retained while your account is active. On account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Apple, Google, Stripe, and RevenueCat — process purchases and synchronize subscription access. We don't store card data.
• Firebase — supports app distribution, authentication, and push notifications.
• DeepSeek — processes prompts required to provide AI coaching. We minimize the data included in each request.
• Sentry — crash reporting (anonymized).
• Plausible — analytics (cookieless, no personal data).

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@royalgrind.app.
